Mechanical manufacturing field
In the field of mechanical manufacturing, industrial ceramics are widely used in the core components of precision machinery, general machinery, and specialized machinery due to their core advantages of wear resistance, high temperature resistance, non-magnetic, insulation, and high dimensional accuracy. They replace traditional metal components and solve the problem of component loss under high temperature, corrosion, and high-speed working conditions. In the field of precision machinery, high-precision ceramic bearings, ceramic balls, and ceramic valve cores are prepared using silicon nitride (Si ∝ N ₄) and zirconia (ZrO ₂) ceramics, which have the characteristics of non lubrication, self-lubricating, high and low temperature resistance (-200 ℃ -1200 ℃), and no magnetism or pollution. They are suitable for high-speed operation scenarios such as aviation precision instruments, high-end CNC machine tools, and semiconductor equipment; In the field of general machinery, mechanical seals are made of silicon carbide and alumina ceramics and used for shaft seals in pumps, compressors, and reaction vessels. They have excellent sealing performance, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance, extending the service life of seals to 3-10 times that of metal seals; In the field of specialized machinery, ceramic wire guides, ceramic eyes, and ceramic rollers in textile machinery are made of high-purity alumina ceramics with a surface roughness Ra ≤ 0.02 μ m, which are resistant to high-speed friction and not easy to hang, ensuring smooth transportation of textile fibers and product quality; In pump valve fluid machinery, ceramic impellers, valve ceramic seals, and high-pressure water jet ceramic nozzles (using silicon carbide ceramics) can withstand high pressure (≥ 300MPa) and strong corrosive media, prevent leakage, and improve the operational reliability of pump valve equipment.
