Silicon carbide firing plate is a refractory structural ceramic specially designed for high-temperature kilns, made of pressureless sintered silicon carbide.

Core advantages: high high-temperature strength, low high-temperature creep, good thermal conductivity, resistance to rapid cooling and heating, oxidation resistance, and not easily warped or cracked after repeated high-temperature use; Low density, reduces weight compared to corundum pads, and saves energy consumption in kilns.

Usage: As a load-bearing pad for electronic ceramics, piezoelectric components, refractory materials, powder metallurgy, and lithium battery powder sintering, it is placed in push plate kilns, roller kilns, and shuttle kilns to support the body.
