Wear resistant silicon carbide ceramics

Silicon carbide wear-resistant ceramics are formed by sintering SiC powder, with high hardness, high wear resistance, corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, and light weight. They are industrial wear-resistant core materials.

1、 Core Features

1. The hardness is second only to diamond and boron carbide, and the wear resistance is 5-8 times that of high manganese steel;
   
2. Resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, can be used for a long time under working conditions of -50 ℃ to 1300 ℃;
   
3. Low density, significantly reduces weight compared to metal lining plates, and lowers equipment load.
   

2、 Mainstream applications

1. Mining beneficiation: ball mill liners, classifier blades, flotation tank liners, wear-resistant liners for sand and gravel crushers;
   
2. Thermal power metallurgy: Anti wear patches for coal powder conveying pipelines, cyclone separators, and silo chutes to resist the erosion and wear of coal powder and mineral materials;
   
3. Chemical building materials: corrosive material conveying pipelines, agitator sheaths, ceramic pump bodies, valve linings;
   
4. Powder processing: ultra-fine grinding lining, dust removal elbow wear-resistant sheet.
   

3、 Molding category

Divided into sintered plates, curved lining tiles, special-shaped pipe fittings, and wear-resistant ceramic tiles, commonly used installation methods include pasting, bolt fixing, and inlaying.
